But being able to hear their thoughts makes his King Arthur, but the world seems to have a timeless quality. The monsters add an element of fantasy that gives Lyonesse an unearthly feel. There is action, intensity, a solid plot line and brave characters—all important elements to make a quality young adult fiction story.
