After three years of construction, University of Phoenix Stadium opened its doors in August 2006 in Glendale, AZ. The 63,400 seat is a multi-purpose facility, but was built primarily to serve as the home of the Arizona Cardinals of the named Cardinals Stadium, but the University of Phoenix paid a whopping $154.5 million to have the naming rights of the stadium for the next 20 years. This impressive stadium will host Super Bowl in February 2008.
